We are UK doctors nearing retirement who approached Karolyn with a request to show us holiday homes in the Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Following our initial enquiry she telephoned us in UK on a Saturday within 20 mins. We were impressed with her responsivity. This was in marked contrast to other realtors we had approached. We had experienced many cookie-cutter responses from others which had failed to address our specific questions.

When we visited Florida she scheduled appointments at properties which met our brief and the timings suited us as we had our toddler grandson with us.
